BFT SUB Motors are supplied with a heavy, load bearing steel foundation box (CPS). Gates can be pre-hung on these boxes and the motors retro-fitted (Also useful for servicing).

The foundation box is load bearing, will support an 800kg load and is used as the lower hinge.

SUITABLE FOR: Metal gates, Timber gates. Small & Medium close boarded (wind affected) gates. Busy entrances and Prestigious locations.

  • SUB-R locking motors with slow START/STOP
  • Max 130 degree opening angle.
  • 1800mm max gate leaf width.
  • Up to 800 kg max leaf weight
  • Operation time to 90 degrees approx 10 seconds.
  • Max 500 operations per 24 hours.
  • Easy maintenance as the special foundation case makes it possible to extract the operator without dismantling the leaf of the gate.
